Leia, My Love by Jabba the Hutt (A Poem from the POV of a Tatooine Gangster)
Gowned in a golden garment
Glistening
Grounded
Both beneath our second Sun.
Lady of the stars
At my proverbial feet,
Could you love a slug
Such as me?
Whose slime surpasses skin
And seeps through my success in sin?
If sand were a sea of decadent desires,
I’d renounce my name
To spare my heart
And freeze this moment in carbonite
For you fill the sarlacc sized pit
And you make this hollow Hutt
A home
